CHANGEOVER DAY
The changeover day is Saturday.
Takeover time is from 4.00 p.m.
You are responsible for any damage/breakages which occur during
your stay.
The number in your party must not exceed the number on your original
booking.
The property must be left in a clean and tidy condition.
Please ensure the cottage is vacated by 10.00a.m.
PETS / SMOKING
Sorry, neither are permitted.
PARKING
Usually available on the road, outside the cottage gate.
Vehicles parked at owners risk.
DEPOSIT / PAYMENT
An initial deposit of £100.00 is payable at the time of
booking.
Payment is required in full 8 weeks before your holiday
is due to commence.
If you are making a booking within 8 weeks of travelling, then
payment is requested in full immediately.
CANCELLATION
In the unfortunate circumstance of you having to cancel your
booking, we regret that you will still be liable for the cost of your holiday in full.
However, we guarantee to do our utmost to re let the property.If
successful, you need only lose your deposit.
CONCERNS/COMPLAINTS
You must inform the owner immediately, should any problems arise.
We will endeavour to correct any shortcomings if deemed appropriate.
FORCE MAJEURE
The property owner cannot accept
responsibility, or pay compensation for circumstances that are not possible to forsee or avoid.
